About Us
Who we are
Quibicasino is an independent online casino guide. We review, test and compare casino sites so that players can make informed choices before they sign up — not after.
The site was built by people who play. That means we know how it feels to land on a casino homepage promising a huge welcome bonus, and to discover weeks later that the wagering requirement made it impossible to clear. It means we know that a slow withdrawal is more frustrating than a small one. And it means we know that the details buried in the terms and conditions matter far more than the number printed on the banner.
So that is what we write about.
What we cover
Our coverage centres on online casinos: the sites, the offers, the games and the practicalities of playing at them.
Bonuses and their real terms. We publish the headline offer, then we publish what it actually takes to use it — wagering requirements, maximum bets while wagering, game weighting, excluded titles, expiry dates and minimum deposits. A bonus you cannot realistically clear is not a good bonus, however large the number.
Game libraries. Which providers a casino works with, how deep the slot catalogue runs, whether there is a live dealer section worth playing, and what the table game selection looks like beyond the basics.
Payments and withdrawals. Deposit and withdrawal methods, processing times, limits and fees. Payout speed is one of the most common sources of player complaints, so we treat it as a first-order concern rather than a footnote.
Licensing and player protection. Which regulator a site holds a licence from, what that licence obliges the operator to do, and what recourse a player has when something goes wrong.
Support and usability. Whether help is reachable when you need it, and whether the site works properly on a phone.
We also publish explainers, comparisons and guides for players who want to understand how the industry works rather than just where to click.
How we review
Every review follows the same structure, because comparisons only mean something when the same questions are asked each time.
We start with licensing, because nothing else matters if the operator is not accountable to anyone. We read the bonus terms in full. We look at the game library against the providers a site claims to offer. We check payment methods against stated processing times. We test support with real questions. Then we write it up.
Our rating methodology is published openly on the site — you can read exactly which categories we weigh and how much each one counts. If a criterion is not listed there, it did not go into the score.
When we get something wrong, we correct it. Bonuses change, licences lapse, operators are acquired. A review that was accurate last year may not be accurate today, which is why our pages carry a last-updated date and why we revisit them.
Who writes for us
Reviews are only as good as the people behind them, so we put names on ours.
Every guide and review on Quibicasino is written by a named author and carries a byline. Nothing is published anonymously, and nothing is published under a house pseudonym. If you want to know who assessed a casino, weighed its bonus terms and arrived at a score, that person is credited at the top of the page — and you can click through to see everything else they have written.
Our writers are not generalists brought in to fill a content calendar. Each covers the market they actually know: its regulator, its payment habits, its language and the questions players there are really asking. A bonus that looks generous in one country may be unremarkable in another; a payment method that is standard in one market may be unavailable in the next. Local knowledge is not a nice extra in this field. It is the difference between a review that helps and a review that misleads.
Between them, our authors bring backgrounds in journalism, gambling regulation, payments and iGaming — and, in every case, first-hand experience of playing at the sites they write about. We deposit real money, we play real sessions, we request real withdrawals and we contact real support agents. The reviews you read reflect that experience rather than an operator’s marketing pack.
Authors are also accountable for their work. Their names sit above every rating, corrections are made under those same names, and readers can contact the editorial team to challenge anything they have published.

Editorial independence
We should be straightforward about how the site is funded.
Quibicasino contains affiliate links. If you sign up to a casino through one of them, we may receive a commission — at no additional cost to you. This is the standard model for guide sites in this industry, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
What that commission does not buy is a rating. Operators cannot pay for a higher score, for a position in a ranking, or for a negative point to be removed from a review. If a casino has a high wagering requirement, we say so, whether or not we have a commercial relationship with it. If we would not recommend a site to a friend, we do not recommend it to a reader.
We would rather lose a partnership than lose a reader’s trust, because without the second the first is worthless anyway.
Responsible gambling
This part is not a disclaimer. It is the reason the site is written the way it is.
Gambling is entertainment. It is a way to spend money in exchange for the experience of playing, in the same way that a cinema ticket is. It is not an income, not an investment, and not a way to recover money that has already been lost. The moment it starts functioning as any of those things, it has stopped being entertainment.
Most people who gamble do so without harm. A minority do not, and for them the consequences are serious — financial, but also relational and psychological. That minority is not made up of reckless or foolish people. It is made up of ordinary people, and the line between the two groups is thinner than most of us like to think.
This shapes our editorial choices in practical ways. We publish the real cost of a bonus rather than the advertised one, because misleading someone about what a promotion requires is a way of encouraging them to chase it. We treat licensing and player protection as the first thing we check, not the last, because regulated operators are obliged to offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and unregulated ones are obliged to offer nothing at all. We describe games accurately, including the fact that the house holds an edge in every one of them.
If you gamble, set a limit on what you can afford to lose before you start, and treat that limit as fixed. Use the deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and time-out tools that licensed casinos provide — they exist because they work. Do not gamble to recover losses. Do not gamble with money that is committed to something else.
If gambling has stopped being fun, or if you recognise something in this section that is uncomfortable to read, help is available and it is free. Support services in your country can be reached confidentially, and you do not need to be in crisis to contact them.
Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. Online gambling is regulated differently in every country and is restricted or prohibited in some. It is your responsibility to check the law where you live.

We read what readers send us. If you have spotted a factual error, want to challenge a rating, or have a question about how a review was put together, our contact page will reach the editorial team.
